Fitness Happy Hour with Pure Bliss Yoga

Get fit, body and mind, with yoga and meditation. Zeni Pepper of Pure Bliss Yoga will lead us through a beginner-friendly yoga practice to boost immunity and promote resilience and vitality! She’ll also guide us through breathing exercises and mindfulness practices to bring strength, stability and clarity to the mind.
